This 4.5 mile hike was...brutal.
I was painfully sick - had to stop a few times to cough up a lung - and the sun was beating down on us like crazy.
But as we dragged ourselves through Topanga State Park and past Trippet Ranch, we fell in love with these trails. The panoramic views are sprawling and breath taking for every minute of the journey. The terrain is constantly changing and the air is fresher than any we've breathed since our move to the West coast.
Looking forward to making our way back out to Eagle Rock without having a have a pack of tissues shoved in my sports bra.
